HCL Corporation Private Limited (“HCL Corporation / Company”) was incorporated on 30th September, 2008 as a Private Limited Company named Guddu Investments (Pondi) Private Limited. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to HCL Corporation Private Limited. On 6th August, 2015, the Company received a Certificate of Registration from the Reserve Bank of India, New Delhi, under section 45-IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 to carry on the business of Non-Banking Financial Institution, without accepting public deposits.
