Mr. Shiv Nadar

Director

Mr. Shiv Nadar is a first-generation techno-industrialist and the founder of the HCL Group. He is Chairman Emeritus and Strategic Advisor to the Board of HCL Technologies Limited (HCLTech), a $13.7 billion global IT conglomerate operating across 59 countries with 218,000 professionals. He also serves on the Board of Vama Sundari Investments (Delhi) Private Limited, a CIC registered with RBI, New Delhi.
With over two decades of experience managing NBFCs under the HCL Group, Mr. Nadar has been a pioneer in India’s IT and computing industry, steering HCL through technological revolutions for over 45 years. His leadership has fostered global joint ventures and alliances, making HCLTech a leader in IT Engineering and R&D.
A prominent philanthropist, Mr. Nadar established the SSN Trust in 1994 to promote quality education for underprivileged communities, creating institutions across the education spectrum with a strong research orientation.
In recognition of his contributions to business and philanthropy, Mr. Nadar received the Padma Bhushan in 2008.

Mrs. Kiran Nadar

Director

Mrs. Kiran Nadar also serves on the Board of Vama Sundari Investments (Delhi) Private Limited (registered CIC) and HCL Capital Private Limited, both NBFC-ML registered with the RBI, New Delhi. With over two decades of experience in managing NBFCs under the HCL Group, her business acumen has significantly contributed to the growth of the promoter group companies.
Mrs. Nadar is a leading force in the Indian art world. She founded the Kiran Nadar Museum of Art (KNMA) in 2010, providing a global platform to showcase and promote Indian modern and contemporary art.
She has been honored with numerous accolades, including the Padma Shri for her contributions to art and philanthropy. In 2023, she was awarded the “Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur” (Knight of the Legion of Honour), France’s highest civilian award.
She has been acknowledged as a ‘hero of philanthropy’ by Forbes Asia Magazine in 2010 for launching India’s first philanthropic private museum.

Mrs. Roshni Nadar Malhotra

Mrs. Roshni Nadar Malhotra is the Chairperson of HCL Corporation Private Limited, Vama Sundari Investments (Delhi) Private Limited (registered CIC) and HCL Capital Private Limited, all NBFC-ML registered with the RBI, New Delhi. With over 14 years of experience in NBFC management, she is also Chairperson of HCL Technologies Limited, a global technology organization with a market capitalization of $60 billion.
Mrs. Nadar Malhotra is deeply involved in philanthropy as Trustee of the Shiv Nadar Foundation, which has invested $1.5 billion in transformational education initiatives. She leads VidyaGyan, a leadership academy for economically disadvantaged rural students, and is Managing Trustee of The Habitats Trust, dedicated to preserving India’s natural habitats.
Mrs. Nadar Malhotra is a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council at the MIT School of Engineering, USA and also a member of the Kellogg School of Management Executive Board for Asia. She serves on the boards of HDFC Asset Management Company, US-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF), and The Nature Conservancy (TNC). Mrs. Nadar Malhotra has received several prestigious honors, including the “Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur” in 2024 and recognition in Forbes’ “World’s 100 Most Powerful Women” for eight consecutive years.
She holds a degree in Communications from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, where she received the Dean’s Distinguished Service Award. In 2023, she was honored with the Schaffner Award by Kellogg for her societal contributions. Mrs Nadar Malhotra was conferred with Lewis Institute Community Changemaker Award by Babson College in 2017.

Jeevesh Kumar

Jeevesh Kumar is the Founder and CEO of ‘Greenscape’, which was founded with the aim of ‘Creating a Circular Economy’. An Engineer by profession, visionary by heart, Jeevesh ventured into this sustainable electronics material management industry in 2007. An opportunity lies in a problem. Jeevesh saw this problem as a future Urban Ore. This kick started his journey as an entrepreneur. Jeevesh’s dream is to make India Atma nirbhar and a resource efficient economy by the means of extracting secondary raw materials and promote cautious capitalism while bringing back critical materials to supply chains and lessen the dependency on primary ores.

Prior to Greenscape, Jeevesh was Director at Lords Chloro Alkali Ltd (listed BSE) for 3 years. Before that, he had worked with Polaris software lab and SDSC as a part of the software development division. He sits on various National and International committees focused on circular economy and SDGs. He has a Bachelor of Engineering (Software) from University of Sydney & University of California (San Diego).

Mr. Navneet Rai

Chief Information Technology Officer and Chief Information Security Officer (SMP)

Mr. Navneet Rai brings over 35 years of extensive IT experience in driving and managing operations across Business Applications, ERPs, IT Infrastructure, and Security within the Distribution, Service, and Manufacturing sectors to deliver results and business value. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala.

Mr. Jagat B. Singh

Company Secretary (KMP)

Mr. Jagat B. Singh is a seasoned professional with 22 years of experience out of which, almost 13 years of tenure at HCL Group, where he has served in multiple operational and compliance roles. His expertise includes Corporate Restructuring, Acquisition & Business Integration as well as Secretarial, Legal & Corporate Compliance. Mr. Singh is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a degree in Law from Delhi University.

Mr. Jasbir Singh Marjara

Chief Compliance Officer

Jasbir Singh Marjara is a qualified Chartered Secretary from the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI)/ ICSA – London, and a Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree and is a graduate of the University of Delhi (DU). He brings over more than 9 years of extensive experience to the Group, including 7 years of continuous association with the HCL Group.

He possesses extensive expertise in Business Finance, Corporate Restructuring, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Secretarial functions, Legal and Corporate Compliance, as well as Investor Relations. His professional experience includes serving as part of the in-house compliance and legal team for an Indian listed and Singapore-listed company with operations across Dubai, Malaysia, China, and Indonesia, where he managed a wide range of Compliance responsibilities for the group entities.
