Mr. Shiv Nadar is a first-generation techno-industrialist and the founder of the HCL Group. He is Chairman Emeritus and Strategic Advisor to the Board of HCL Technologies Limited (HCLTech), a $13.7 billion global IT conglomerate operating across 59 countries with 218,000 professionals. He also serves on the Board of Vama Sundari Investments (Delhi) Private Limited, a CIC registered with RBI, New Delhi.
With over two decades of experience managing NBFCs under the HCL Group, Mr. Nadar has been a pioneer in India’s IT and computing industry, steering HCL through technological revolutions for over 45 years.
