Mr. Shiv Nadar

Director

Mr. Shiv Nadar (“Mr. Nadar”) is a first-generation techno-industrialist and is founder of HCL group enterprise. He is Chairman Emeritus & Strategic Advisor of HCL Technologies Limited, which, in the last three decades, has evolved into a more than US$ 13 billion global technology enterprise with more than 2.25 Lac professionals operating from 60 countries. He is Director of HCL Corporation Private Limited, an NBFC-NDSI registered with RBI, New Delhi.
He is also Managing Director of Vama Sundari Investments (Delhi) Private Limited, a registered CIC with RBI, New Delhi.
Mr. Nadar is Founder & Managing Trustee of Shiv Nadar Foundation, a registered public educational & charitable trust, engaged in promotion & development of education to the underprivileged strata of society.
In recognition of his pioneering role in business and philanthropy in India and across the globe, Mr. Nadar has received several honors and accolades, notable being the Padma Bhushan from the President of India in 2008.
Mr. Nadar has experience of more than two decades in managing affairs of NBFCs under HCL group.

Mrs. Kiran Nadar

Director

Mrs. Kiran Nadar (“Mrs. Nadar”) is a board member of HCL Corporation Private Limited, an NBFC-NDSI registered with RBI, New Delhi. She is also on Board of Vama Sundari Investments (Delhi) Private Limited and HCL Capital Private Limited, both registered NBFCs with RBI, New Delhi.
Besides, Mrs. Nadar is the Managing Trustee of the Kiran Nadar Museum of Art (KNMA), a registered public charitable trust engaged in promotion, development of Art & Culture.
Mrs. Kiran Nadar has been consistently recognized for her contributions to Art and Philanthropy and has been recently honored with the prestigious Padma Shri, which stands as one of the highest accolades for Indian civilians. She has been acknowledged as a ‘hero of philanthropy’ by Forbes Asia Magazine in 2010 for launching India’s first philanthropic private museum.
Additionally, in 2023, Mrs. Nadar was bestowed with the title of “Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur” (Knight of the Legion of Honour), the highest French civilian award.

Ms. Roshni Nadar Malhotra

Director

Ms. Roshni Nadar Malhotra (“Ms. Roshni”) is the Chairperson of HCL Corporation Private Limited, an NBFC-NDSI registered with RBI, New Delhi. She is involved in the strategic decisions, treasury management and new initiatives of the Company. Ms. Roshni is also a board member of Vama Sundari Investments (Delhi) Private Limited, a registered CIC with RBI, New Delhi. Ms. Roshni is the Chairperson and Whole-time Director of HCL Capital Private Limited, an NBFC registered with RBI, New Delhi.
Besides, she is the Chairperson of HCL Technologies Limited, which, in the last three decades, has evolved into a more than US$ 13 billion global technology enterprise with more than 2.25 Lac professionals operating from 60 countries. Ms. Roshni is trustee of Shiv Nadar Foundation, a registered public charitable Trust engaged in promotion & development of education to underprivileged strata of society.
In recognition of her outstanding work both in business and in philanthropy, Ms. Roshni has received several honors and accolades. Some of these include being featured for the seventh consecutive year in ‘The World’s 100 Most Powerful Women’ list, compiled and released by Forbes in 2023. In 2020, Forbes also featured her among the ‘25 Most Powerful Businesswomen in Asia’. Ms. Roshni was honored with the ‘Most Powerful Women in Business 2023’ by Business Today.
Ms. Roshni has approx. 16 years of experience in managing affairs of NBFCs under HCL group.

Mr. Shikhar Neelkamal Malhotra

Director

Mr. Shikhar Neelkamal Malhotra (“Mr. Malhotra”) is a board member of HCL Corporation Private Limited, a registered NBFC with RBI New Delhi and is involved in strategic decisions for pursuing new initiatives under the Company.
Mr. Malhotra is executive director of Vama Sundari Investments (Delhi) Private Limited, a registered CIC with RBI, New Delhi. He is also board member of HCL Capital Private Limited, an NBFC registered with RBI, New Delhi. Mr. Malhotra is the Vice Chairman of HCL Healthcare Private Limited and Director & CEO of HCL Avitas Private Limited, one of India’s largest corporate health solutions firms, providing end-to-end healthcare solutions with a vision to make corporate India a healthier place.
Mr. Malhotra has approx. 12 years of experience in managing affairs of NBFCs under HCL group.

Jeevesh Kumar

Independent Director

Jeevesh Kumar is the Founder and CEO of ‘Greenscape’, which was founded with the aim of ‘Creating a Circular Economy’. An Engineer by profession, visionary by heart, Jeevesh ventured into this sustainable electronics material management industry in 2007. An opportunity lies in a problem. Jeevesh saw this problem as a future Urban Ore. This kick started his journey as an entrepreneur. Jeevesh’s dream is to make India Atma nirbhar and a resource efficient economy by the means of extracting secondary raw materials and promote cautious capitalism while bringing back critical materials to supply chains and lessen the dependency on primary ores.

Prior to Greenscape, Jeevesh was Director at Lords Chloro Alkali Ltd (listed BSE) for 3 years. Before that, he had worked with Polaris software lab and SDSC as a part of the software development division. He sits on various National and International committees focused on circular economy and SDGs. He has a Bachelor of Engineering (Software) from University of Sydney & University of California (San Diego).
